La Fonda Foundation’s Hourly Employee Hardship Fund provides financial resources to hourly employees experiencing unexpected hardship or emergency circumstances. Financial support can range between $100-$3,000 based on need. The most common areas in which support is provided are:

• Rental assistance and deposits

• Vehicle repair and tires

• Domestic violence survivor assistance

• Utilities
